Cancellation

= No cancellation fee will be charges on cancellation received by the hotel 24 hours prior to arrival date. For Cancellation receiver less than 24 hours prior to arrival, or in the event of no show, one night’s contracted rate room change plus applicable tax and service, will be changed. Cancellation should be made in writing.

= No, show must be paid without reliance on billed vouchers since as the clients did not arrive in the hotel, no voucher will be submitted.
